The Washington orange is one of the most widely grown oranges in the world. It has an extended harvesting season with fruits that can be enjoyed from December to May, this variety allows for nearly half a year of orange enjoyment.
It is seedless nature, has easily peelable skin, and has a delicious flavor with subtle acidic and bitter notes. The Washington orange is tender, juicy, and flavorful, with a high juice content, making it ideal for both juicing and eating whole.
Plant Care
This plant prefers well-draining soil that is nutrient dense and has good moisture-holding capacity. High nitrogen demands. Provide regular watering throughout flowering and fruiting season. Place this plant in a sunny spot.
When you receive your plant, we suggest amending your soil with bark chips or perlite to keep your mix fluffy and make the best environment for the roots to establish and grow healthy.
