Processing time

  • In-stock products (coco coir, seeds): Your order will be ready for dispatch in 1-2 business days. If something should change, we will contact you immediately.
  • Fruit Trees and Fresh Fruit: Are typically available for PRE-ORDER and are shipped once they are ready May-October, as long as the weather allows it. You can see estimated shipping dates by clicking into the product pages.  You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once the order has shipped.
  • The Amazon products on our site, found in the Other Products, are shipped directly by Amazon or the supplier listed on the Amazon site.  The shipping conditions and delivery time are provided by Amazon.

    Estimated delivery times
    The actual delivery time will depend on what you have ordered and where in Canada you are located.  Your order can be shipped through Canada Post's Expedited Parcel (1-8 days), Xpresspost or Priority (Next day - 2 days) services, or UPS.  We suggest selecting the fastest delivery option if you are ordering Fruit Trees or Fruit to reduce the time these items are in transit.
