Refund policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges, but please contact us if you have problems with your order.
What if my order was damaged during transit?Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the case and make it right. Please include pictures of the item with your message.
- Plants: If your plant is severely damaged or fully dry and lifeless upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to start a claim. Any claims received after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be recognized.
- Other items: For all other items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to start a claim.
To help us process the claim, please do not discard any goods or the packaging. We will require images of the damaged items and the shipping packaging to proceed with your claim. Please reach out to us at info@noboa.ca and provide the following:
- Order number
- Item name
- 3 images of the damaged item and packaging (including one showcasing the entire plant and packing)
Upon confirmation that your items were damaged during shipping, we will reach out to quickly find the best solution for you.
Please be aware that plants are living organisms, therefore some leaf loss or minor breakage of branches during shipping may occur and is not considered a damaged or defective item. While certain plants may lose all their leaves during shipping, they typically bounce back once they settle in.
