The Monstera Deliciosa is a popular, stunning botanical wonder renowned for its lush foliage. With its large, glossy green leaves adorned with captivating splits and holes, this tropical beauty adds a touch of life to any space. Its vigorous growth habit makes it an excellent choice for both indoor and outdoor settings. Easy to care for and visually captivating, the Monstera Deliciosa is sure to be a focal point in any plant collection, bringing a touch of exotic charm to your home or office environment.
Our Monsteras are propagated from large adult plants grown naturally on our tropical farm in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. If you don't want to wait to get larger leaves, these are the plants that you need!
Each plant will have 1-2 leaves (and maybe some more peaking through!) and be ready to transplant into your selected container.
These leaves can grow as large as 27" x 30" with proper care. They are huge and beautiful!
Plant Care
Caring for your Monstera Deliciosa is simple and rewarding. Place it in bright, indirect sunlight and water it regularly, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Maintain a warm, humid environment, misting the leaves occasionally or using a pebble tray. Use well-draining soil, keep your mix fluffy, and make the best environment for the roots to establish and grow healthy. (coco coir, coco perlite, or bark chips) and feed with a balanced fertilizer monthly during the growing season. Provide support for its climbing habit. With proper care, your Monstera Deliciosa will flourish and adorn your space with huge, dark green leaves.
- Propagation Method: Grown from cuttings
- Age: ~ 4 months
Shipping
Please note that monsteras are packed as bare-root plants for shipping. Roots are kept moist with a mixture that can be shaken off for planting.
Please note that you will need a pot and soil to plant the monstera upon arrival.
