Heat packs are essential for shipping tropical plants in cold climates. They are designed for reliable and continuous heat release to keep your plants cozy during transit.
With a heat pack in your shipping box, your plants will arrive safe and warm. If temperatures in your area are below 4° C, we highly recommend adding one heat pack to your order. We recommend adding 1 heat pack for every 2 plants in your order.
We are not liable for cold damage to plants for orders shipping to freezing climates (below 4° C) without a Heat Pack. Please order a heat pack or Contact Us after order placement to request it.
