The Ice Cream Banana or Blue Java is a legendary banana variety celebrated for fruit that lives up to its name. Plant Care

Keep in full sunlight daily. Protect it from frost and chilly drafts, as it prefers warm temperatures. Use well-draining, rich soil. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, and water when the top inch feels dry. Bananas are thirsty plants and underwatering is a common mistake. During the growing season (spring and summer), feed with a balanced fertilizer 2-3 times per week as bananas are heavy feeders.
